SincroBS CEO, winner in the category “Managers” in Alares 2020 Awards
SincroBS CEO, Carlos Mª Ruiz, has been awarded “Alares 2020 Awards” in the category of “Managers”. The Alares Awards have a huge prestige in Spain and in 2020 have celebrated their XIV Edition.
In this way, SincroBS stands with three awards obtained in the last two years: I RSC Awards of the Community of Madrid and Special Accésit Prize “The communication of value”, of the IIVC.
Hallmarks of SincroBS
Work-life balance and smartworking are two of the hallmarks of SincroBS, within our main corporate value that is “people first” (putting people at the heart of decision-making).
In addition, on February 19, 2020, SincroBS became in one of the first 75 companies in Spain to sign the Home Office Charter in Spain, promoted by Fundación MásFamilia (this entity certifies in Spain the work-life balance in companies, efr certificate).
At SincroBS we have long implemented a smartworking plan with personalized teleworking.
In the company, in our staff we have since employees who work 100% remotely to others who telework certain fixed days a week and others who resort to this system when they have personal needs to attend to.
Furthermore, before the state of alarm was declared in Spain due to the Covid-19, the company, within its Contingency Plan Guide, sent 100% of its staff to telework.
In the same way, and although the state of alarm has ended, the entire SincroBS staff will continue to telework (home office) at least until the next month of September.
